Mario M. Santamaría (1985) has a degree in fine arts and a master's degree in visual arts and multimedia from the Universidad Politécnica of Valencia. He was a co-founder of the Cine Ex working group (Valencia, 2008) and the Fycam experimental creative cycle. He was artist in residence at the Sarai Project organized by Raqs Media Collective (New Delhi) and his works were recently presented at Zentrifuge, in Nuremberg, Germany, the Devi Art Foundation in Gurgaon, India, PhotoEspaña 2012, Athens Videoart Festival, the Golden Thread Gallery in Belfast, and Exchange Collective Arts Center in Dublin.
